LGBTQ and Allies for Will

We write to you today with both pride and purpose- to ask for your support in re-electing Senator Will Brownsberger to the Massachusetts State Senate.

We are proud of Will because of his accomplishments for his district- securing funding for the MBTA, creating safer and more beautiful river paths, and pioneering decarbonization and climate resilience.

We are proud of Will because he’s a leader who fights for LGBTQ and women’s rights, including access to healthcare, freedom to marry, and trans rights.

We are proud of Will because his groundbreaking prison reform legislation has resulted in reducing the number of incarcerated individuals 30-50%, and he increased funding for dedicated immigration representation to immigrants targeted by ICE.

We are proud of Will because of his courage to live his life openly and authentically. During Pride 2023, Will came out as the only openly bisexual member of the Massachusetts Legislature. See Will’s 2023 statement.  Will hasn’t just championed dignity and visibility — he’s embodied it. And Will’s authenticity shapes everything about how he leads.

As leaders and activists in the LGBT community, we are proud to support Will’s reelection and hope you will too.
